 Fertile Farm is farm with the land which is a lot of containing mineral for the requirement of live the crop. This matter [is] very depending on crop type. For the crop that need a lot of requiring mineral phosphor, for the crop of vegetable require the nitrogen mineral (N2), and all kind of tubers require the alkali mineral. SO if farm can be productive in an optimal fashion have to be accommodated, between mineral type contained and with the crop type to be labored. 

2. Having good physical property

 Farm having good physical property is farmed which absorption irrigates and good enough draught in its land. Physical property [is] shown by texture and its land structure. Land texture is physical property of land which related to particle size measure of land formation. Especial particle to format land is sand, silt (dirt), and clay.

Land texture has an effect on to absorption and energy accommodates the water. Clay has very smooth texture, easy to accommodate the water but its absorption minimize. Sand easy to absorb the water, but difficult to accommodate. Ideal Texture Land for the agriculture is loam that is coherent land. Texture of loam land consisted of two kinds, that is silt land ( 20% clay, 30 - 50% silt and 30 - 50% sand) and silt land sand ( 20 - 50% silt / clay, 50 - 80% sand).

Land structure is the nature of physical land which is related to the way of land particle being group. This Land structure have an effect on to jetting irrigate and draught in land. 

 3. Never Erosion. 

The happening of erosion at one particular farm will cause to change potential farm become the critical farm. Farm experienced of the erosion, mount its fertility decrease, unfavorable so that for the growth of crop. Erosion result the abraded top land farm. The rest omit the arid land, even often represent the rock .Process the strong erosion often met in coastal area, effect of abrasive ( eroding by wave) and in mountain area with the sheer slop and poor plant. Erosion in mountain effect of is existence of sliding and soil creep. 

1. Farm Not Fertility

The not fertility farm is land that little containing mineral required for the growth of crop. Generally farm is not fertile there are in area which its risk is big (threat of erosion and floods). 

  2. Poor humus.

Poor farm generally unfavorable to be made an agriculture farm, because its land less fertility. You have heard the term of humus land? Humus Land is land which has mixed with the leaf and tree stick decayed. Humus land can be met in area which its plant is close, the example of primary forest. While impecunious farm is in impecunious area or seldom plant, the example of mountain area which its forest destroy.
